Refund/Return Policy:
All our products have a 30-day refund/return guarantee when purchased from our website.

If you purchase our products from a store or distributor, such as Wal-Mart, Shoppers Drug Mart, or Pharmaprix, you must return the product to them for a refund and follow their refund regulations.

To return when purchased from our website- if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them within 30 days of the date of purchase along with the original receipt and we will refund the price of the product completely. You will still be responsible for shipping costs.

Opened Merchandise:
If 1/3 of the original content has been used, we will grant a refund of 50% of the purchase price. You will be responsible for shipping/handling costs. If more than 1/2 of the product has been used, a refund may not be granted.

Unopened Merchandise:
If returned within 30 days of purchase, a full refund of the purchase price will be granted. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Full refunds are only applicable to unopened packages of any product.

Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

There are no refunds after 30 days of the date of your sales receipt/invoice.

Shipping/Handling Fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping charges for expedited Federal Express delivery, Priority Mail, or UPS express services which are delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable.

  1. Who started All Naturals Cosmetics Inc.?
    All Naturals Cosmetics Inc. was started in 2002 by Lanre Tunji-Ajayi, (Land-ray Tun-gee Ajay- e) and Timothy Tunji-Ajayi. Having grown in Sub-Saharan Africa and with the extraordinary exposure to the healing wonders of African Shea Butter, both Lanre and Timothy found it easy to combine a passion for nature with their pioneer spirit and create their first 100% Afrikan Beauty’s Original Shea Butter in Toronto, Canada in 2002. From this point on they began a life dedicated to the healing and beauty of mankind. All Naturals Cosmetics Inc. is proud to be a Canadian, family-owned business.

Q: Do you offer private labeling opportunities?
Yes, we do! We are proud to bring our famous and well-loved natural, organic and clean beauty and personal care products to entrepreneurs. All Naturals Cosmetics Inc. provides contract manufacturing opportunities for both start-ups and larger, more established companies. Products are formulated, packaged, and labeled at our site. Alternatively, some companies may choose to buy our products in bulk. We have a growing list of in-house items which can be re-packaged into your own unique jars and bottles as needed. Q: Are there any concerns about bottling?
All products are prepared and packaged under the strictest conditions with excellent quality control mechanisms in place to ensure safety. All sanitization of containers, utensils and equipment are performed on a regular basis. 25% bleach solution is used to rinse and sanitize daily. The work environment is carefully monitored and controlled on a daily basis to ensure no contamination. We are very proud of our commitment to safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Q: Where are your products made?
We are proudly Canadian! Our products are manufactured in-house in our facility located in Barrie, Ontario. Ingredients are sourced from across the world – with a commitment to fair-trade and sustainability –  including our 100% raw, unrefined organic by nature Shea Butter from the Apaola farm in Nigeria, West Africa, and Ghana; Argan oil from Morocco, North Africa, and Babassu oil from the Amazon Rainforest. Q: Help! What should I do if I experience an adverse reaction to your products?
It is rare that clients experience adverse reactions to our products. However, because sensitivities vary from individual to individual, you may experience a mild allergic reaction (eg. a rash or redness). If this occurs, we advise you to stop using the product immediately. Thoroughly rinse the affected skin with water. If symptoms persist contact your health care provider. Please refer to our refund policies above on how you can return products and obtain a refund.

Q: Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
The majority of our ingredients are naturally vegan and vegetarian. All of our products are animal-friendly, ethically sourced, and fair trade. Most of our ingredients are also Halal and Kosher. However, we do carry a few products containing beeswax and lanolin. As such, we encourage you to review the ingredient list of each product before using it. Also, here is a handy guide to help you understand the INCL names of the ingredients we use here at All Naturals Cosmetics Inc.

Q: Are your products hypoallergenic?
We avoid the use of ingredients that are known as common skin-irritants as much as possible.

Q: What is the shelf life of these products?
All products carry a minimum of 2 years shelf life except where otherwise indicated.

Q: Do you use fragrances in your products?
Our products contain natural essential oils. However, a few of our products may contain a low concentration of fragrances.

Q: Do you offer international shipping
Yes.

Q: How long does shipping take
Shipping times depend on whether you select expedited or regular shipping. We try our best to ensure that products are shipped as quickly as possible from our facility. However, due to COVID-19, there may be delays experienced by the carrier.
